Matt posts his 'best time ever' in the 2008 Riverbank Run. Here he is at 10 miles plus, looking smooooth and confident. Also pictured ate Robin and sister Jodi socializing at a slightly slower, more casual pace. Son Jack was playing yet another intense soctor game at the same time as the run and scoring three goal (again). Avery was busy charming her grandparents and everyone around her ! Congratulations to all!

Nice picture by the pro of Matt. Jodie and Robin look like they are actually enjoying running--nice try, but I know better. And Jack looks like a soccer ace!

We were just so happy to see mom and dad (thanks for coming)--our first sitings of people we knew. Plus it was mid-hill so it was a nice pick-me-up. Finally, I had over-dressed and had been carrying my fleece vest for the past 3 miles so was excited to unload it. (thus the weird face and reaching motion with the vest) Our faces quickly turned sour as we faced the rest of the hills on butterworth...
